RE'13 Conference & Workshop Proceedings
Camera-Ready Instructions for Paper Preparation & Formatting

All RE'13 papers must conform to the IEEE Formatting Guidelines for publication in the main conference proceedings or in the associated workshop proceedings. Please make sure that you use this MS Word template and this LaTeX class (updated January 3rd, 2013). For the correct IEEE style file, the title should be typeset in 24pt font and the body of the paper should be typeset in 10pt font. (Please note the recent style change for the proceedings and apologies in advance for any inconvenience this causes to authors.)

Latex users: please use \documentclass[conference]{IEEEtran} (without option 'compsoc' or 'compsocconf').

Papers, when properly formatted, must not exceed the size limits stated for the paper categories, as follows:

Paper Category Size Limit
Research Papers - Technical Solution & Scientific Evaluation Papers: 10 pages for all text, appendices, figures, and references.
- Survey & Roadmap Papers: 10 pages for all text and figures + extra pages as specified in the acceptance letter for references and/or appendices.
- RE@21 Papers: 6 pages for all text and figures + extra pages as specified in the acceptance letter for references and/or appendices.
Industry Papers 6 pages, including all text, references, appendices, and figures.
Posters & Demos 2 pages, including all text, references, appendices, and figures.
Doctoral Symposium 4 pages, including all text, references, appendices, and figures.
Special Session Summaries:
- Panels & Debates
- Mini Tutorials
- RE Interactive
2 pages, including all text, references, appendices, and figures. (Exceptions on the discretion of the Program Chair.)
Workshop Papers As specified on the individual workshop websites (please contact the workshop organizers with any size limit questions).

All authors of all accepted contributions will be asked to complete an electronic IEEE Copyright form and will receive further instructions for preparing their camera-ready versions from Conference Publishing Solutions.

All accepted contributions will be published in the conference / workshop electronic proceedings and in the IEEE Digital Library.
